DeepCrew runs Claude Code or Codex with your own Claude or ChatGPT account: a paid plan or an API key. Your provider bills that usage directly; we never resell it.
About paying.
Is DeepCrew in beta?
Yes, a private beta, and it's invite only. If you have an invite code, sign up with it; if not, join the waitlist and we'll email you when there's room. The beta is free; you still bring your own Claude or ChatGPT account.
Coming during the beta: one-tap Gmail, Google Calendar and Outlook. Things may change or break along the way, so keep copies of anything important.
Why bring my own AI?
Your teammates think with Claude or ChatGPT, signed in with your own account. You keep your plan, your limits and your provider's terms, and we don't mark up or resell AI usage.
Which plan do I need with my provider?
Any plan that includes Claude Code (for Claude) or Codex (for ChatGPT), or an API key from either. Busy teammates use more, so heavier work suits a bigger plan.
Do you charge per task or per message?
No. During the beta we charge nothing at all, and your AI usage is billed by your provider, not by us.
What happens when my AI plan runs out?
Connect both Claude and ChatGPT and your teammates carry on with the other one until your plan resets. With only one, they wait for the reset and tell you.
What happens after the beta?
We haven't set prices yet. Before the beta ends, we'll email you the plans and prices. We don't take payment details during the beta, so nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
Is self-hosting really the same product?
Yes. The cloud runs the same DeepCrew you'll be able to run yourself once the code goes public at launch (AGPL-3.0). With the cloud, we look after the computer and update it when a new version ships.
